Exchanges 

Need to exchange your little vessel of fire for a different one? No problem- you have 30 days from date of purchase to send back your unused candle in its original packaging and trade it for an item of equal or lesser value. Just pay shipping!

Returns

Every candle from the chandler should be the best of the best. While there are no returns outside the 30-day exchange, please don't hesitate to reach out to the chandler if there is a problem with the craftsmanship or delivery of your order.
